Street children in Nepal

A very common scene on most streets of Kathmandu is children with messed-up hair, tattered clothes and even worse, a battered future. Yes, they are none other than the street children so called 'Khathe' abandoned by their natural caretakers and abhorred by society.

Street children are destined to live in a dark foggy environment which gives them no ray of hope of a bright future. All this is happening because there is no one to take responsibility of these children. There are a lot of NGOs,INGOs and many other organization who just want to see a change brought about, but don't have the zeal to be change themselves.

The vital need of these children is to receive education, food and shelter, and proper guidance so that even they can gather enough confidence to go ahead in life.
